Firmware

New firmwares are posted on the website in the support->Downloads section. The download is a zip file containing new firmware, matching web pages an upload utility to update the Apex and a readme file with instructions.

Basically, download, unzip, run the uploader, enter connection information, update firmware then after Apex reboots update the web pages.

Note: You should always save your configuration just in case!

Thanks, Ken. I will try that when I get home later. I've just setup my apex last night, so no configuration yet. Everything is working good except I have no clue how to set it outside of my home network. Try to figure it out about 3 hrs last night and got lost and gave up. I have a netgear 3700 router and sign up for a dyndns account. Can you please show me what to do next. Would really appreciated.

Have you taken a look at the 'unofficial Apex Guide'; there is lots of information in there for setting up a network. I also have information on my website; the article for AC3 applied to Apex; configuring is the same.
