Took this with the Canon 30D & 50mm f1.8 (Xmas toy). Nice camera, I just have to learn to use it better.

Thanks everyone.

Thanks Chelsey for getting me interested in these nice DSLRs. How do you like the 100mm so far? I wish I had the big bucks to buy all the lenses and studio equipment I want now.

nice shot. I just put a special order in for a couple of canon lenses myself. 20-70 and 70-200. both 2.8L IS. hope i can capture the fish like you did.

Here are a few pics with the new lens...it's amazing what a lens does for reef photography, I didn't know what I was missing!

Ahh man, you guy's make my photo's look like doo! When I get back up and running I'll call one of you to shoot my tank and it's goodie's. Sweet pics both of you.

Excellent pics, Chelsey ! Great color... any post processing? I touch up a bit with most of my photos.

I really need to get more than just the one lens. The 85mm f/1.8 is probably next in my sights when the budget allows.

Now, to me, THAT's some dough ! Those two lenses should cover most everything you would need. The wife would kill me if I bought a 70-200 right now - but I definately would like one in the future (and maybe a nice 135 f/2).
