first clam question

hello!

i got my first clam a 4" crocea about two weeks ago. all has been well until this morning i noticed some little white specks on the mantle, almost resmbles ick on a fish. is this something to worry about. has anyone seen this before.

sounds liek flatworms. You might want to get a pic if you can for better ID.
