First Time getting into Anenome's and Corals
I have an established new 75 gallon reef tank that has a over 90 lbs of live rock. It has gone fully through the cycle and I am looking at getting a red bubble tip anenome and 2 oc. clown fish to start things off. I have a Gyre XF-150 which is at about 20-30% flow, able to provide a lot more, but not needed for this tank.

I am looking for opinions, are bubble tips easy to keep for a beginner?

Also what other corals would you recommend for a beginner which are hardy and less trouble than some others. I want to get started on the right foot and not waste money, as beginners make mistakes sometimes and I don't want to flush good $ down the drain.

Opinions are welcome, but please keep on topic.

Some may say anemones are not for beginners

However it appears that you've done things correctly letting the tank cycle appropriately.

I have never had trouble keeping bubble tip anemones. In my opinion they are one of the easier anemones to keep. The only issue is they like to move. So it's good your putting it in first and let it move to the spot that it likes.

If you want easy corals (some may say these are evasive too) but green star polyps (GSP) comes to mind and as well as pulsating xenia coral. Just be careful as xenia if it likes the tank can take over a tank. One branch in six months could cover a tank. However it's very easy and grows like a week.

Mushrooms are also another coral that can be easy to grow.

Good luck but I like the anemone and clownfish.
