Fish breathing heavy?

Idk why my fish are breathing heavy an advise my ammonia, nitrite and phosphate is 0 and my nitrate is between 0 and 10ppm and I do a 10-20 gallon water change every weekend

Check the temperature of the aquarium and determine if there is a heater failure.. high temp will deplete oxygen.. also make sure that your circulation pump is working fine..

Temp is 80.2 Fahrenheit and all 3 pumps r working great just cleaned them last weekend

In Freshwater systems that is a good indication of nitrite poisoning..

I'm actually having the same issue at the moment, specially with a juvenile Vlamingii tang. Did everything I could possibly imagine up to even lowering the salinity in case my refractometer wasn't properly calibrated (turned out not to be the case anyway), lowered the temp, changed 25% of water, started an air pump, directed the wave makers towards the surface to increase agitation, etc etc etc...if anyone could provide additional insight it would be appreciated, thanks.
