Fish Compatibility

Hello all,

My question is whether a royal gramma and orchid dottyback would get along? They look similar in shape, but from my research, are different in temperament. Are they considered conspecifics?

My tank is 65G, FOWLR. Still cycling; this is advance research. Other fish on my list are: flasher wrasse, hawkfish of some sort (long-nose, flame), coral beauty, valentini puffer.

Other can become quite aggressive over time, if introduced at the same time it shouldn't be an issue IMO. If you allow them to claim the tank as their territory it could be an issue when adding new fish. Looking at your wish list of fish you should probably make these your final additions.
