Fish disease id please!!!!

Hi there,
I'm trying to found out what this might be?
I had Ich outbreak few weeks ago, and now I'm into 4th week in hypo. All fish looks good, ich gone, but purple tang doesn't look good as you can see on the picture, loose color, swimming like a drunk, torn fins. Any idea??

Not too sure,however,the dorsal fin seems to be deteriorated at the top,so it may be LLE. It maybe something else,however,I wonder if it is eating?How is the yellow tang?

Yellow tang had just torn fins for a week, but now looks great and its eating. Purple tang still eating but very shy

Possible bacterial infection. His color might be off due to stress of hypo.

I would run kanaplex when hypo is done. If it doesn't improve with kanaplex, add in furan 2 and metroplex. Treat for 10 days.
