Can someone help me ID this fish disease.. he has already been treated for ick by hypo and copper.. is still in QT and now has this...

Hard to see but looks like velvet, usually they die rather quickly tho.

Did a fresh dip today and starting with a broad treatment by API.. still feeding well, no breathing issues. Hoping the guy will pull through.
