Fish Disease?

I added fish to my display tank about two weeks ago (my quarantine tank is not up yet, these are the first fish I put in)

Anyway... a 6 line wrasse has developed one white spot on its top fin

I was thinking ich but there is only one spot.

When I have seen ich in previous tanks there was always more than one spot, so what else could it be?

A fluke, a worm, a blemish, just give it a few days it will likely disappear
