Just wanted to throw my opinion out there. I just received my light last night. It will light my 40 breeder. My first impression is that it is a great light. It is bright, even with the cheapo stock bulbs. It does have individual reflectors. It was only $99.00 so I am not sure I can really complain, but if I did have one complaint it is that the bulbs are wired so that one plug controls both the bulbs on one side of the fixture. In other words, the bulb set up is blue, white, blue and then white but if you only run one bank of two, you get one of each. You have to switch the bulbs around and then you have to choose which half you want to be all blue and which to be white if you ever want to run actinics alone. Unless there is a way to rewire it all, but I am not going to try it out. Well, come to think of it, I may try it out. It's only 4 lights after all. Pics soon as I get the tank filled.
