Fish needs a new home

I have a black spotted grouper (about 6-8") that i've had in my 180 for about three years. I am redesigning everything in my tank and i need to find a new home for this fish. If anyone would like to come pick him up (and possibly help me catch him, let me know. I just want him to have the right place to go, very easy fish to take care of.

A powerbait pumkinseed worm and a hook should get him. LOL

haha..funny you say that. a few years ago i had a tank of small local satlwater species to where i live here on long island sound...and when i tore it down, i caught all the fish with sandworms and a hook w/ no barb...then walked them down to the beach in released them....kind of nuts watching an 8" fish (i wont say what kind, as it wasnt a "keeper" come out of the rock and nail it!

My luck a DNR cop would arrest me for catching an under limit fish.

yeah, thats why i tore the tank down and released everything..it was pretty cool though, and nice to see fish that are part of my local environment in front of my house! i even pumpped in water to create a very stable environment...but always thought there might be someone with a grudge who might make a few calls to the wrong people just to stick it to me...

BUT, I have a few grouper in my tank you can have if you want them!

I have a black with white spots that is about 2" and it looks like its growing everyday, with my tank ill have to pass, thanks anyway. Driving from St. Louis is a long way for a grouper.

haha...yeah, thats a hike...enjoy your gouper, they do grow quickly
