I transfered my live stock from a 24 gallon to a 40 gallom with a 20 gallon sump on Sunday night. The water parameters are as follows: ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0, PH 8.3, temp 78F and 1.026.

I have used a little bit of galic (just a few drops) and a few drops of selcon to the water to stimulate eating with no luck yet.

The fish are 2 false percs and 1 sixline wrasse.

They swim around and explore and are showing no signs of ich.

I tried to feed them once a day with cyclopeeze which is their favorite with no luck. I did notice that my female did injest then spit out a pod shell the was floating in the water.

Do you recommend that I should keep trying once a day or give it a few days before trying again.

Tank has been cycled and matched parameters of the old smaller tank.

I would keep trying once a day, just dont dump in a ton of food so that your water is polluted. Just drop in a small amount and see what their response is. If they dont eat, dont drop in more, if they do eat, then drop in whatever they are likely to eat.

Sometimes fish go off eating after a move, it's not uncommon although clownfish are usually little piggies in my experience.
