The only problem child of the bunch is the Moorish Idol; look into leathers, sinularia, polyps and mushrooms.

ok but i can keep something in ther with the group...cause just having LR and fish is gettin boring .....need something else...i do have a 12 gal reef but thats small...thanks

Moorish idols are SPS safe, probably not what you want in a fish only tank though. However I've seen Moorish idols in soft coral tanks, and I tried mine in an LPS tank with a few soft corals (finger leather and toadstool), didn't really seem to interested in the soft corals but did seem to like the LPS, especially candy cane. I have a theory that moorish idols like anything that will secrete any form of mucus.

The best thing to do would be to try out some frags of different corals, you may want to try some zoos.

Ditch the moorish idol and go LPS. I had an aggressive tank with a volitans lionfish, snowflake eel, miniatus grouper, frogspawn, bubbe coral, mushrooms, and zoos. The fish left the coral alone and the LPS will expand making them look much bigger than they actually are. I just did a 10-15% weekly water change and all was good

i cant ditch the moor i paid too much for him...when he dies then ill go alll lps....but for now ill put things in there that i can....
