Fish population

So 3rd post of the day. Sorry for all of them.
Wondering if I could add anymore fish to my tank. It looks good but don't really see much out and about. My gramma is normally seen but seldom swims around the tank. My cleaning shrimp is always out and my blenny is normally sat on some rocks. I rarely see my goby and shrimp pair or my red fire shrimp. Could anyone recommend a fish that actually swims around a bit that might fit in the tank? If you think it's full already then please tell me that too. Personally I think one more fish and possibly a peppermint shrimp would be OK but I'm new so thought I'd ask. Tank details below.

Any recommendations on fish? Am a bit puzzled. Obvious one is a solo clown but don't want them picking on anything. Everything is good, blenny taking nori and more recently flake food. Even saw it eat a pellet today. Goby and shrimp have mad tunnel network under all the rock. Two shrimps doing well. Royal gramma settled in nicely too. What about fire fish or a small wrasse? Is there a small suitable wrasse lol? Coral beauty? Thanks for your advice its always appreciated.

Black capped basslet would be my choice. Although not very active swimmers.

Black leopard wrasse, flasher wrasse, Some type of clown goby. All pretty fish an active swimmers.

Can't have another basslet can I as I have 1 with my gramma. Will look into the others thanks.

Black cap basslet looks awesome but wouldn't get on with my gramma would it?

I would get 2 clowns. Put them in at the same time and they will get along. Pick a variety that's brighter color such as yellow/black or red. They usually keep swimming throughout the tank. Juvenile clowns are not sexed. As they mature, the larger one will turn female and the smaller male. You will then have a mated pair. That doesn't necessarily mean you will have babies. Eggs probably won't survive in that tank. Clowns are hardy and will eat different types of food once they get used to the tank. I saw one in a Tulsa fish store that said it was about 20 years old. It was so large that I didn't think it was a clown at first. But it takes years for it to get that large.
 
Fish population

One clown will eventually get territorial in that sized tank, two would be a disaster. Fire fish is a possible option but the gramma might bully it.

Neon goby would be a good choice as it will spend some time out in the open. Possum wrasse and clown goby are small enough but they will stay in or on the rocks.

I do think a cardinal fish would be a good choice as well (banggai, pajama, or other).

Get a dwarf angelfish. You don't have much coral in your tank so coral nipping may not be an issue. Try a smaller dwarf like coral beauty or flame angel or one of the flameback angels. It'll add colour to your tank and will enjoy the algae and rock work in your tank which it needs to thrive. It will make a nice centerpiece fish for your sized tank.
