Fish questions

I'm planning a IM 40, was wondering if I could house a pair of Yasha gobies (pistol shrimp), Blue spotted jawfish and maybe pair mandarins too? will there be enough bottom space for them? and other issues I'm not thinking about?

The tank is too small for mandarins. They mostly live off live pods and that small of a tank will not give them ample supply.

Blue spots need 2-3 inches of soft sand, and can get very belligerent with anyone who comes near their burrow. I would worry about aggression...
