Fish suggestions for my BTA/Clown tank

I have an Elos Midi (aprx 22.5x20x19.5h) with a pair of Picassos and a lyretail anthias. The clownfish are happy in their RBTA, and are starting to show mating behavior. I'm considering trying to raise the fry eventually in a separate system, but that's for another thread. The lyretail gives a tiny bit of chase every once in a while, but for the most part they get along great.

Even though I love the clownfish pair, the tank needs more activity, especially in the upper water column. I've been wracking my brain, and have come up with a few ideas, but I'd like to ask the clown/anemone community here for suggestions. The fish cannot bother my existing fish, and must be anemone safe. No corals are planned. Budget isn't REALLY a concern, but I can't spend candy basslet or joculator type cash on these fish. :D

Cardinals were my first choice. I also considered a leopard wrasse, chromis, a mandarin, a multi-color angel..... Maybe a wrasse of some sort, but I am ridiculously uninformed when it comes to them.

Thoughts? I have enough rock, filtration, food, etc for most fish that I have been thinking about, with the exception of a mandarin.

I have hada six line wrasse in the past not aggressive if last added I really liked mine but I got it for eating unwanted critters and it failed really a pretty fish though.

I love my midas blenny. He's very active in the upper water column and only has issues with my lawnmower blenny at times. Very reef safe fish with a great personality.

I love the look and personality of 6lines, but EVERY one I have ever owned was a huge bully in the end. I have lost 2 clowns to their intimidation and picking during feedings and such. Clowns eventually would hide when the tank was fed and one was chased out of the tank numerous times.

A pair of fire fish would work, usually hangout in the water column sorta hovering.
