fish trap?

Anyone have any good experiences with a commercially available fish trap? I have a dottyback that is becoming more aggressive and chasing around my shyer fish. A fairly new firefish seems to be afraid to come out of his "hole" in the live rock to eat due to the dottyback. I tried the homemade inverted bottle trick with a different fish a few months back and did not have much luck with it--other than "catching" my CUC--lol

My LFS has one he made himself that he let me use. Basically it's just a box with a trap door with fishing string attached to the trap door. When a fish swims in to get to the food you just let go of the string.

It does take time though, but it only took me 2 hours to catch a Koran Angel that was eating my zoa.

I just let the box set in there for about 1.5 hours and let the fish get used to it than I took the string and just waited. (with a beer of course to help my boredom).

Thanks folks, I'll try the homemade bottle trap again. If I'm not successful, I may try the "fish corral". Burbs, am I correct that you have to manually reach in the tank and shut the revolving door? Looks like you have to be pretty attentive and get the door shut quick before the fish turns around and swims out.
