Fishtank not level

I have a 29gallon biocube. When I was setting everything up the tank was almost perfectly level. Now it is filled with water, 40lbs of sand and around 30lbs of rock. It has been about 2 and a half weeks and now the tank seems to have settled a bit and it is slightly uneven (the tank is on carpet btw). I shut the pump off and measured the water level and it seems to be roughly 3mm lower on the front left than the front right? Is this significant enough to stress such a small tank? What should I do, if anything to fix it?

If you are worried about it, since it is on carpet, go to your local Homedepot or Lowes and grab some shims. Have a friend relieve some of the pressure on that corner by lifting slightly while you insert one of the shims.

Just make sure you shim the stand, not the tank. I would get it as level as possible now while it's not a big problem. ;)

Are you sure it is the tank and not the floor or current affecting the water column. Did you put it close to the wall? but three millimeters isn't much.

Im not positive what it is. Im pretty sure its just the tank/stand settling onto the carpet. But if 3mm isnt an issue then I will just leave it alone. Thanks for the replies. :)

If it was a larger tank, I would be concerned. With a 29g tank, you really dont have anything to worry about. No way a tank that small will crack due to just 3mm. IMHO
