fixing a chipped tank corner.

how does this get fixed?

i picked it up on sep 22, and it been setting since then due to school and work. i got to working on it a couple days ago and noticed it when i was painting the back glass. the majority of the glass is below the plastic frame. i noticed a chip on the front left side when i was picking it up, and it didnt concern me. but the one down on the right corner is on the inside and it is into the silicone of the inside of the tank.i contacted the guy on here to see if he will refund some money so i could put a new paine on it.
i also looked at the pics he sent me, and you can see the one on the left corner of the tank, and im goign to try to find a program to zoom in on the bottom right to show him it was previously like this.


are there any companies around here that will take the tank appart and fix it? what price range anm i looking at? 120g aga
and does anyone have a program that can zoom and sharpen this image on the bottom right corner?

not bashing on you, just giving the story and trying and fix it so i dont have to worry about it.

Did you do a leak test to see if in fact it is leaking?

it does not leak that i can tell, i had it filled with water and vinegar to clean the overflows some water came from the overflows, but once it all dried up i didnt see any more water sources. it was filled for about a day. when i brought it home, i did that, then it went straight to the basement.
