Flame Angel has white lips

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Flame angel 3 days ago and he appears to be acting healthy (eating and swimming around pecking at rocks, but as I was looking at him today he has a white stripe on his lips that looks like it is in mouth too. does anyone know what it is and should I be worrying and trying to get him into a QT?

Has he been scratching at all? Is he in the main or a QT? Did you do a FW dip on him?

I don't know what this is but ive seen lots of flame angels with white lips for the past month now at different LFS. I don't know if its bad for the fish and nobody has been able to tell me what it is.

hes in my DT. no I haven't seen him scratch. he acts normal but its like a growth on his mouth. stupid decision not to QT this one :headwally:

If it looks like a cottony fluffy growth it could be lympho.
