Flame angel white mouth

My flame angel's mouth seems pale and just looks strange to me. I have him in QT right now and I can't tell really if he's eating. He's super shy and doesn't come out when i feed him. I have to put food in then walk away, only then will i see him peek out and check out the food but I can't tell if he's eating.

Is this normal? His teeth also seem to be showing...

hard to tell, but looks like it could be some type of mouth fungus. I had a couple issues with a Kole Tangs. I just got them eating and soaked their food with Selcon and it went away on it's own and didn't come back. I don't know if this is your case. Hopefully the experts will chime in soon.
