Flame Angel with white spot on eye?

Today i noticed a white spot on one of my flame angel's eyes. I tried to take a picture but it seems like the flame angel knew every time i was about to take one because he would swim away fast. What could this be and how can i treat it? Thanks for the help.

Try fresh garlic juice added to the kind of food the little guy is eating right now. There is a good chance the eye can be saved.

So i soak the food i garlic juice? What about the other fish in the tank will they eat this ?
