Flame Angel

My flame angel has a lil white dot on its eye. Anyone know what this may be? Maybe a scratch or something? Seems to be doing great and eating good.

Its been there about 6 or 7 days actually hasnt changed at all, no bigger or smaller. What kind of time frame would this take i wonder to get bigger or smaller
