I've got a supermale flame wrasse and want to get a couple females. Will he lose his color without them? He's the only wrasse in the tank with a pair of onyx clowns. Anyone seen females anywhere? I'm having trouble finding them. Thanks!
As far as I know, male flames will keep most of their color without females present. I have a harem of flame wrasses (5 in total) and love them. I do not have a source for females happen to be lucky enough to run across a group of them a while back and get a super male and 3 females to go with my subadult male. All are doing great.
