Flametail blenny with something on face

My flametail blenny looks like he's been in a fight? Or is it just that he's in and out of every cave all day long? He eats great and the only aggressive fish, a perc, never messes with him.
Anything to be worried about?

Looks like he had a tussle with a bristle worm to me.
