My Flasher Wrasse has been in quarantine for about 2 months now. I did an initial dose of Prazipro. After a while I noticed a little bit of a faint white scaly patch on her back side.
I just finished up a 10 day treatment of Furan-2 & Kanaplex a few days ago. During the treatment her personality changed and she was much more active and not shy like before. 2 days ago I did a big water change and ran some carbon to pull the rest of the meds out of the water. I noticed her hiding a lot the last 2 days and though the water change and new bag of carbon hanging in there might have freaked her out.
I just check on her and her head is covered in scaly whit patches that look a lot worse than before.
Anyone have any idea of what this is or what I should do for treatment?
I currently have Prazipro, Kanaplex, Metroplex, Focus, Furan-2 and Cupramine on hand. I heard that Wrasses don't tolerate copper well.
When I first put her in the QT I think my sponges weren't fully seeded, so I put a small piece of live rock in there to help with the bio filter, but it just dawned on me that the rock might be harboring something.
Any advise is appreciated as I'm not sure how to proceed.
