Flasher Wrasse wound

I have a Line Spot flasher wrasse who's been great in my tank, very active beautiful fish. So today I noticed some sort of wound on the side of his body about half way between head and tail. The best way I can describe it is a slightly raised bump about the size of pencil eraser with a small pinhole/puncture hole looking thing in the middle. Today is the first day I've noticed it so it appeared pretty quickly.
My thought is I have a spiny urchin hitchhiker and I see my flashers usually go into my rocks at night so maybe he just got poked which would describe the pinhole and inflammation around it. If this were the case would there be anything I could do to help prevent the wound from getting infected?
I'm not sure if it's some infection or parasite I've never come across though. Are there any fish diseases that have this symptom (my research hasn't found anything)? I did qt the fish for 7 weeks mostly just observation with 2 treatments of prazi as a prophylactic and no issues.

There are diseases, like brook, that can present itself this way but since it was in quarantine for 7 weeks I would rule that out. Have you added anything wet to the tank since the wrasse went in? If not I wouldn't worry. It more than likely was the sea urchin. After I put my Tailspot Blenny in the main he came up with something just like that on his cheek. I also have a sea urchin. But it healed on its own. Just feed well, keep the water clean and maybe add some vitamins to its food.

Thanks Newsmyrna for your experience that gives me some more to think about.

I have a tailspot in qt now and have a B/G chromis in the tank already who's been healthy for months now.

I've only added 3 lps corals (I do dip all new corals) since he and his mccoskers flasher counterpart went in the tank. The wrasses are good together they chase and display to each other and the chromis but I've never seen it get violent. Maybe he got poked darting around the tank "flashing" the other fish.

My best friend here seems like it's going to be observation of the wound and the fish I'll also look more into brook to see if that becomes a possibility
