Flasher Wrasse

Could I put a Flasher Wrasse in my nano?

Wrasses are jumpers. Plus I don't think I'd put more than 1 fish in that small of a tank.

I don't want any jumpers. Thats to much money to be jumping out on to the floor. What about a Hi finned goby they are way small they couldn't have that much affect on the water. Could they?
