Flashing Red

My Radion X30 Pro is flashing red when I came home from work today. I tried unplugging it for a while and back in but still red flashing. What can i do? Help

Are the red LEDs in the pucks flashing or the led by the touch controls?

Also, is the fan running on that Radion? If not, please call in today with the serial number from your light.

Wanted to update that I was able to speak with Ecotech and they were rock stars. Sent out another light that day arrived the next day and I sent my old light back. Love the service.
