Flat worm Genocide

I would like feedback on what is the best ratio for killing flatworms with iodine.
I have some softy frags that I would like to treat with Lugol's iodine to kill the red flatworms.

I am looking for a safe solution of iodine and tank water. I have previously used this solution (at the wrong %) and killed the flatworms and the shroom they were on. I would like to spare another coral death and get this right.

Side note: I also tried scraping the flatworms off with the tip of a butter knife, I didn't realize the can move as quickly as they can.

Weather this is right or wrong it worked wonders for me. I am a firm believer in not using chemicals in my tanks. That said I chose to to do RO dips with my coral. The flat worms die instantly when not in salt water. This was the only way I could kill the worms without damaging my coral. All of my coral lived through the process and I am flat worm free at this point.
