Flat worms immune to FWE?

Not sure why but after a week of using FWE the flatworms are back!
A bit more info on the system: the system is a 125G it has about 80G on the main tank and 30G in the sump. A total of 110G of water volume +/-. I used FWE last week and the flatworms were gone (it was fun to see some shrivel up and go crazy), I don't have a bad case but want to take control over them. So I used 2 caps full and a 1/2, the instructions says one cap full should treat 80G, so that should of been enough. Maybe next week I use 3 caps full?

When I had them, I used half dosage per treatment, and left it in the tank for 30min with all pumps on, and protein skimmer off.

I did this every sat for a month, and then a 25% water change after each treatment.

I also used a MJ1200 with a hose on the output end to spray into all the cracks and caves while the FWE was in the tank, B\C the worms go and hide and the FWE doesn't always get into there.

After a month I added a 4line wrasse to the tank, and I haven't seen a Flatworm since.

So give it time, and I reccommend a 4 or 6 line wrasse if you don't have one already. I have also heard mandrins will eat the worms also.

ZC that is a good idea, I might try that.

Did you run carbon after the water change? Was the dose lethal to the worms?

Very good, I'm going to try that over the weekend, I also have a mandarin that I bought and it looks pretty fat now, not sure if it's eating them.

I left the FWE for about 6 hours and then did a 20G water change and add carbon. I did not turned off the skimmer, this might of taking out the FWE. I did see them in panic mode running all over the place and getting off from the corals.
