Flatworm issues

I seem to have picked up tiny flatworms: the size of dandruff. I think they are harmless to corals, but don't want to risk keeping them. I went to the store to get some flatworm exit to find out they had none. They might get a 6 line wrasse tomorrow though. Should I look into a fish for the time being? Am I just being paranoid?

I couldn't get a clear shot, so I snagged one online. Some look like they have a single brown dot in the body, but otherwise all look like this and all seem to be hiding in one corner with some munnid icopods.

iirc that description describes flatworms that just eat pods, and should be harmless. however id just get a yellow coris wrasse, or possibly the 6 line and be done with it lol

I would get yourself some airline tubing and start siphoning out as many as you can each day.

While some flatworms are harmless, the fact that they can reproduce to plague like proportions if conditions are right is reason enough for me to get rid of them on sight. If your tank ever gets infested with these, I guaranty you'll be kicking yourself in the but for not removing them. GL.
