flatworms on Euphyllia

Hi

First of all, happy new year to all fellow reefers!
Today I noticed some dark spots on my Euphyllia. A closer look showed that these are small flatworms, so now my question is if these may damage the coral similar to Acropora eating flatworms and how I could remove them if they are harmful.

The tank is a mixed reef with softies, LPS and SPS

You should dip the coral in an appropriate coral dip and keep a good eye out for more. One can not readily identify the type as the image is too small.
