flesh rotting? with picture

My tangs (hippo / scopas) have had this on their sides for about 1 month now and Im not sure what it is. From all the pictures I have looked at, it sort of resembles lymphocyctis (visible from one of the pictures on chucksaddiction.com) but Im not sure. It appears that the flesh is rotting or flaking off.

Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks

All the parameters are great. They are in a QT tank that is being treated with "rally" ruby reef. That will explain the yellowey color Good call though, i should have told you that in the first place.

yeah, youre right. Im sorry.

I am feeding them a variety of things. I have nori in the tank at all times, I am also feeding something called Marine cuisine, mysis, and brine shrimp.

I believe that their nutritional needs are being met but i cant be 100%. Thanks
