Florescent torch Question

I bought a Florescent torch a week ago, and it opened up within an hour. the passed couple days it has closed up. Is this normal.

There could be a number of issues why your coral won't open. You start with the basics i.e water chemistry (nitrates, phosphates, Alk, Cal, Mag), flow, light etc.

Could there be something irratating it, shrimp, fish, crab etc???

Is there any other corals around it, chemical warefare, are you running any carbon?

What are your parameters, lighting, and did you put it in the bottom of the tank when you first added it in order to acclimate it properly?
