Yes it nice info to show how alk can be sucked up when photosynthesis is high. A high coral-cover tank with lots of coralline is prime for this.

Great information. I got to see a guy talk about almost the same thing a few years ago in Fort Worth at a local reef club event. I was a eye opener to understand that in most cases we are lighting the tanks way too much.
