Flow for Refugium, where should it come from?

I have a 200 gallon tank with a 31 gallon rubbermaid tub for my sump. I have thought of using another one for a refugium under my stand.

My question is should I get the flow to the refugium from one of my returns?

Should it be tapped off of one of the returns with a "T" and a ball valve or gate valve?

Should I use the return from my skimmer for flow into the refugium?

The tank is a 200 gallon RR Oceanic with 2 returns(one in each corner), ETSS Dual Gemini(800) skimmer.

I am looking for advice as to what people have had the most success with.

Thanks,

I'd just use the skimmer return personally. I don't think that it would matter too much unless one or the other would create too much flow in the sump.
