Flow for toadstool?

personally i haev a couple of toadstool, and some finger leather and a lot of other softies, and i try to keep the softies in moderate to low flow. My toad stool is sitting at the bottom my tank in teh sandbed in a low to medium flow area. He is getting the sidewash off of my Korailia 4, and i dont have the directional cup on there, so its about medium

Medium flow works best in my experience. You can try different things for a few days and you will be able to tell what it likes and doesnt like within those couple of days.

Ok thanks. I just put a small toadstool that I had in my 24 nano cube under PCs into my 40br that has t5s and its only been in there for a couple days but the polyps havent extended yet. I think its partly because its adjusting to the light cause its pretty high up in the tank but also I think I might have too much flow on it.

hmm...I placed mine in a low flow area recently and lately I have noticed the polyps on it dont extend like they used to. Could this be the reason?

Possibly, IME lighting has more to do with toadstool happiness than flow. Did it get moved closer or further away from light? Also sometimes it just takes a day or two for them to get 'happy' again.
