flow rate required by FR Media

what is the flow rate required by FR Media - Zeo mix, phosphate minus and carbon ?

All i can find is from youtube was Debora FR should the tumbling of the phosphate minus.

any other videos ?

Flow depends of numbers of media inside..
It could be 1200l/h pump in filter with 300g Zeo Mix, 300g Phosphate Minus, 300g Carbon.
