Fluidized Bed Filter?

I have a sandstorm fluidized bed filter just sitting in my garage. I have never used it and I dont have the instructions. I just need to know what size powerhead to use on this bad jasper to get her going. Any ideas?

Something small...like 50-100gph. But I could be wrong since I don't know the exact size, but I do know you don't want super strong flow going through it.
