fluke question

first of all thanks for the stiky about fluke. My tank: 120 gallon. 3 clowns, 1 yellow tang, 1 Hippo tang. Yellow tang and Hippo tang got fluke and started shaking their head and scratching. As soon as i saw that i took 2 tangs out and put in hospital tank and started treating with prazipro. (about a week ago). they are now doing better in the hospital tank. no shaking, no scratching. i plan to leave them there for 2 - 3 weeks before putting back in the display tank.

Display tank currently has loads of corals and 3 clown fish. Clowns seem to be okay and not bothered by fluke. My question is do i need to take clowns out too and put them in hospital tank and keep the main display tank fishless for 2-3 weeks? is it necessary to do that altho clown seems to be fine? i dont want to overcrowd that small hospital tank if i dont need to.

also another thought, is prazipro in the main tank which i am scared about. i just put in 300 bucks worth of rare zoa frags, 1-2 frags each on one side of the tank. I dont have any coco worm or feather dusters.

any suggestions guys?

if no worms, then dose the display.

if possible to catch the clowns, set up a smaller QT and treat them too, u can use a bucket and a sponge filter.

^yep. The clowns need to be treated even if they are asymptomatic. I hope you did more than 1 dose of Prazi on the tangs.
