That fish doesn't look healthy. I would freshwater dip it then run a round of Prazi as long as it's eating. If flukes the freshwater dip will make them bail out quickly!

There are a few different ways people go about doing a FW dip and it would be best that you read a bit on the subject before doing one. I suggest that you use the search feature at the top of the page and search freshwater dipping fish and also try freshwater for removal of flukes. You will find quite a bit of reading material. Most will say to match ph and temp, personally all I ever do is use RODI water or you can use tap with adding Prime or Amquel to get rid of the chlorine etc but RODI is best, then match the temp of the RODI to the water your fish is in. Then put the fish in the RODI and let it stay for 3-5 minutes. This is how I've done it for years. So it's best to read up on the subject so you have a full understanding of what you're doing plus the why and how.
