FMAS IS JOINING SOUTH FLORIDA DIVING INC, AT THIS WEEKENDS POMPANO BEACH SEAFOOD FESTIVAL!!!!

South Florida Diving has cordially invited us to join them in promoting our passion with the community.

We will be setting up a "Touch Tank" for the kids. This will expose them to local marine creatures and give them the ability to interact with them.

FMAS is also setting up a 75 Gal tank with corals, and aggressive fish, IE. Lionfish, eels, etc... This will give us an opportunity to introduce the community to our current issue with the Lionfish invasion as well as demonstrate what we do as hobbyists.

This is going to be a HUGH beach party for three days!!!. Come enjoy the beach, the Art, the exhibits, and of course the FOOD!!

Please join us!!

PS- We are still looking for a few volunteers to help us man the booth. If interested please email me: AquamanE@comcast.net

What a day it has been. Both tanks came out great! Bobby and Joel, thank you both for all your hard work.

Also big thanks to Eco Reef for loaning us some inverts for the touch tank. They were going to let us borrow a pump when we thought ours went bad.

Check out the setup if you go to the seafood festival.

I was definately a job to get this stuff down to the beach on Friday, but it has been well worth it.

The Touch Tank for the kids has been a hugh hit. Bobby and Marvin are there now, Mitch and I managed the booth yesterday.

FMAS is getting a lot of good exposure at this event. Thnaks to all that made it happen.
