I bought this from Ebay a few years ago before I had my AQII and it works pretty good. Lord knows how old this thing is, but the bottom line is that it works.

I managed to download the manual and it will be included.

This thing monitors temp and three ports. It will call you and let you know if any of the ports has been triggered including temp.

Couple of things:

I have no idea where the temp probe ended up. You can probably pick one up cheap from Radio Shack.

Also, it will only use pulse dial not touch tone. So you will have to call you phone company and see how that works or get a converter to switch the touch to pulse tone when it dials out.


You can also call in and check on the status of all your connected ports.

Pretty neat device.

Here are some other specs:

* Monitors your electricity
* Monitors TEMP
* Monitors unusual audible sounds (fire alarm, etc)
*Allows you to call in and listen to the room where the device is
*Automatically calls up to four parties until message is acknowleged.

Device is similar to Sensaphone if anyone is familiar with them.

that's a pretty nifty looking device. You could probably pick one up when you went out to get your TRS-80 (computer joke).

Really cool though.

Check out Sensaphone. They're pretty nice and are usually used in commercial applications.
