Thanks for the link Chris (or maybe not ) I hadn't heard about this. I've followed his tank for a long time (along with almost everyone on RC!). It really is an inspiration to many.

I am impressed at how well he has handled it--surveying his situation, identifying the problem so it won't be repeated, and deciding to use it as an opportunity rather than focus on the loss. I'm sure many on RC will help him to restock Oregon Reef

I agree thanks I guess.. for the link. His tank has always amazed me. The way he uses depth and the cavern down the middle is what inspired my aquascaping. Truly one of the best if not best home reef systems is gone for now. It makes me as I sit here think what would I do in a similar emergency tank situation. I of course don't have to deal with the immensity he does at all.

Oh My, I was right! Sadley. And I was bummed about my few tiny sticks going white while I was gone on spring break.... Just goes to show how stinkin sensitive SPS can be. What a loss but he has such an awsome attitude.
