Hello All,

My Name is Emilio, i live in the Miami Lakes area however i travel for work all over broward and dade is a big part of my stomping grounds. i have had the pleasure of being refered to this site by lpslover (Bob) and i am greatful, i have learned plenty and many thanks to all who indirectly have helped me by me reading posts after posts. i have had SW and FW before for many years, but i have been out of the SW part of it for QUITE some time (about 14 years ago was my last SW) and now here i am back again. i honestly consider myself a newbie(things have changed in 14 years) but know enough to be dangerous. i have had the Pleasure of meeting many local RC and FMAS memebers whom i have purcased small but important items that i have needed, thanks to all of you who i honestly cant say a negative thing about anyone. you are all great guys. i have enjoyed the hobby just for its self but finding this local grouping of folks who are also in the hobby has made me feel this is something i hope to be in it for the long haul (this time around). i feel that with time and networking i wont be going at it alone. i dont have much to offer yet except my gratitude and sincere thanks and any help i can offer. i love DIY and am very handy. so if there is something you need some help with just ask

i started my build recently of a 110 perfecto , i purchased a stand from a local memeber chinoxl3 (exc condition better than i expected and amazing pric thanks but it will be up for sale again) but i have gone with a custom stand i have built myself, i also had the tank drilled as described in a thread that i replied to. the config of the internal overflow is my design, (if there is another out there like it i had no idea) http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1129539.

thanks to all for the welcomes, cant wait for the next meeting definately excited about it.

Rogger, 2 1.5" bulkheads are on the sides are the overflow drains to the sump, yes i know its large and may be too much flow but id rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it (same principle as a gun and a condom) ((its only a saying and i dont promote anything negative by saying it ) the middle drain or intake is 1.5" bulkhead is for the close loop, it is open at the bottom so i can put a 90 degree elbow to to suck in water a few inches below the overflow boxes. i will take better pics later when i have the tank out and upright.
