i have noticed this behavior before and didnt think too much about it,i still dont.but would anybody know what is happening here? is the foxface trying to show dominance,or is it waiting for the goby to dig so he can try and get whatever comes out of the sand? these are the only 2 things i can see possible.

just click the picture for redirection to the video,it is short but gives a general idea of what is happening.thx for looking, keith

what should i make of it? i have seen this before, the foxface just like trys to crowd the goby for whatever reason.and of course the goby for the most part will stand its ground(suprisingly).maybe its just waiting for something to pop out of the sand as the goby digs/sifts.hmm

I agree with the others....He/she doesn't look aggresive to me. Maybe he is just looking for food...But I definately wouldn't worry about it....I just put a cleaner shrimp in my Nano today and one of my fish tried to take a large chunk out of the poor things tail....Now that is aggresive to me...:)
