Foxface grey patches??

I don't know what this might be, this is a new addition to my tank, about 2 weeks, now it has spots all over it, was not like this when I got it. I have never had any other diseases or anything on any fish before, please help.

I just had a rabbitfish in quarantine with that exact same condition. I gave the fish first a FW dip and then a series of formalin dips. This is best done in a QT. Went away.
