Has anyone heard of black spots. A friend has asked me about black spots on a foxface. I have a few ideas but was just looking for some input

Black spots could be a number of things - injury like a coral sting or parasites like "black ich" (actually a worm).

My Foxface Lo has dark splotches (not tiny dots) on parts of his body. It's a part of their camouflage.

Ok I figured a coral sting. But was not to sure
