Frag Disks/ Plugs

Does anybody know if we have a lfs that sells frag plugs?
I just need a few for some unmounted zoos that I got from the swap yesterday.

I'd appreciate any help.

Hey Jeff,

I am not a huge fan of the plugs but I have a bag of them that I can give you if you like. I gave them up after using it twice and not liking the 'plug' look in the tank. I now use small pieces of LR rubble that I can get at the LFS in the bottom of their LR troughs. It works so much better, looks more aesthetically pleasing, and helps with adding more filtration to the tank by using the LR. And the bonus is I can actually tie stuff to the LR which I was not able to do with the frag plugs.

I will be home most of tomorrow working - live in the Orangevale/Fair Oaks area if you want to drop by. I magine there about 20 plugs in the bag still.

Thanks, Mike!:)

I'm headin' up the slopes in a few minutes. If it's alright with you, I'll stop by to pick it up tomorrow or friday.

Please let me know.

Jeff

For what it's worth, I think mounting zoo's on old snail shells is pretty cool.

When they grow out right, they look like a little bouquet of flowers.

Best of luck,

Roy
